(Charity in Truth): An Encyclical for our Troubled
Times
by Dr. Gerald J. Beyer, Professor of Theology at St.
Joseph's University (author of "Recovering Solidarity:
Lessons from Poland's Unfinished Revolution").
Dr. Beyer will discuss Pope Benedict's timely encyclical
on the global economy. He will argue the Pope Benedict
offers crucial wisdom and prudent guidelines for
regulating market capitalism.
Maureen Tate (a parishioner) will give a five minute
response.
